We accept product exchanges within 7 days from the customer's receipt of the product from the carrier. We only accept exchanges for products that are damaged during production, provided that the product is in new condition without any signs of use. Additionally, it is necessary to have a video of the product box being opened for the first time.
The product carries a 1-year warranty covering the zipper, spare parts, and lining only. You must present your warranty card each time you request a repair. In the event that the warranty card is lost and cannot be provided, the company reserves the right to determine warranty coverage, and if the warranty period has expired, the shop may charge a service fee for repairs. You will be notified of any charges in advance on each occasion.
Products with scratches or damage resulting from use are not covered by the product warranty.
The customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
